Each year the Kamerkar family gathers in their ancestral village to celebrate with aplomb, the Ganpati festival. This year, three days of the festival, a doyen of the family, the beloved of kaka Gajju enters a coma. It is on life support - the fan. Chaos ensues. Gajju kaka is in a hospital in Mumbai. Mumbai, the coastal village clan Karmekar, United States of America, the family members infiltrate the hospital. The lobby and corridors of the hospital become places of comic misadventures, arguments, religious and reconciliation efforts. -general elephant God comes into the houses of his earthly flock, more than one member of the family Karmekar was taught a valuable life lesson by the fan.
