The film will be published in Telugu with the title of Bethaludu. The overseas rights of Bethaludu were seized by Creative Cinemas for a record price. Vijay Antony, who had a dream as an actor in the Tamil film industry, teamed up with Pradeep Krishnamoorthy, a former partner of award-winning filmmaker Vetrimaaran, for his latest film Saithan, which hits screens in India on Thursday 1st December. He teamed up with the beginner Arundhati Nair of Kerala.
Saithan is based on the novel by Stieg Larsson, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. The film has Charuhasan, Meera Krishnan, YG Mahendra, Siddhartha Shankar, Kamal Krishna and others are in the cast. The psychological thriller, which was nicknamed Telugu as Bethaludu, has Pradeep Kalipurayath Cinematographic and Veera Senthil Raj of the edition. Vijay Antony himself composed the music and some songs, including the theme track, caught the attention of his fans.
